Coronavirus: BBCH Visitor Guidelines

We are taking advice from the Government on Coronavirus COVID-19. We would like to ask for your help and support during this period of uncertainty. Moving into this next phase we are asking to have no visitors to the Homes, except healthcare professionals.

This is to ensure that we keep you and the Residents as safe as possible as we know that this virus is very contagious. Where there are exceptional circumstances, we may permit a controlled visit, provided that it has been pre-arranged with the Managers.

All medical visits are subject to the following :

Are you feeling well?

Do you have any symptoms?

Please wash your hands when you arrive and again when you leave.

We have cancelled all of our visits from the local community and visiting entertainers. Our staff will do all they can to ensure that life in the Homes remains as comfortable and sociable as possible with delivering interactive activities ‘in house’.

We understand that this is a worrying time for you and the Residents, and we want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure that our Residents and staff are as safe as possible, and we are staying close to the advice from public health authorities.

Keeping in contact:

To enable you to keep in contact with your loved ones we can arrange Skype calls. If you have any questions please contact the Homes by phone 01323 483613 or email enquiries@bbch.co.uk
