Our Cottages
The 24 beautiful purpose-built cottages at our care home in Polegate provide a comfortable and practical home-from-home where you have everything to hand to enjoy your retirement to the full.
Designed to enable couples and single Residents to live independently, with the comfort of knowing you’re in the heart of a supportive community, the flint cottages are surrounded by gardens and provide a wealth of modern facilities.
Each well-proportioned cottage has its own front door, kitchen, lounge, bedroom & bathroom.

Most cottage Residents choose to prepare their own breakfast and tea and we supply a basket of food, of their choice, daily and fresh milk is delivered to the doorstep. We also offer a shopping service as required. Lunch is served in the main dining room.
All Residents are always welcome to join us on minibus outings or shopping trips into town.
We realise that people’s needs can change over time, and the cottages can be a natural stepping stone for individuals and couples who might later choose to move into the main building if their care needs increase or they become less active. But of course, nobody is ever moved unless they want to. In these instances we will work with you to help you decide if, and when, the time is right for you.
