At the Bernhard Baron Cottage Homes we aim to keep fees as low as possible to enable the widest possible range of people to benefit from our care. Our fees include all meals, utilities, council tax as well as care, support and most activities. You may find that you can use some or all of your attendance allowance to pay towards your fees. The table shows the rates from April 2010. Rates are recalculated each April, according to the needs of the Homes which are roughly in line with cost inflation.

We have a number of places available for residents who have funding at Social Services levels.

Care is provided according to need. If more time consuming care is required an additional fee of £23 per week may be charged. As an indication only this may include additional night time care, or a high level of personal time and attention.

 

We offer a modern bed and breakfast facility with ensuite bathroom and full kitchen at a modest price for friends and relatives of residents and staff

 

Private facilities can be provided for families and friends for special occasions

 

Guests of residents are welcome at meals for a small fee
