There are 12 flint cottages, each divided into two self-contained apartments, each with its own front door, a kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. They differ in size:

Some are suitable for one person, with a bedroom 10.6 m² and lounge 12.9 m² .
(114 ft² and 139 ft²)

Others are suitable for couples, with a bedroom 12.9 m² and lounge 15.3 m².
(139 ft² and 164 ft²)

Cottage residents meet with residents in the main building for lunch each day, and provisions are supplied for other meals, which they may prepare in their own cottages.
